Everything is in a state of flux, or change, and war and strife between opposites is the eternal condition of the universe.

Heraclitus

The human body too, submits to its own unique array of dynamic tensions. Between all parts there is constant adjustment, coaction and strain occurring, to keep you as close to a state of equilibrium as can be achieved against an always changing stimulus, or environment. Perspiration, elevations in breathing and heart rate, losses and gains in body mass, are but some of these wonderful harmony chasing mechanisms at play. Stability is the goal, and an ever-moving one at that. The pound you gained or lost since yesterday may not mean all that much, so bring your thoughts around to the idea that there is a chance your body is according perfectly to its design. You will never twice inhabit the same body. Have this faith.

Upon waking, recover a quiet place to the skies exhibit, and hold there a harmony of clear and untainted perception. Consider the airs fond occupants; silent clouds that, straying one reach to the other, renew themselves in hopes your notice to keep; the bashful sun, by your own radiance reduced, steals away with its shame to the cotton shroud and looks with sad revere. How all of nature so cherishes you.

This old bench has braved the changes, and, perhaps for its lonely place has long enchanted me to sit and share in its story, or receptivity learn. Under strained Apollo’s grace, reacquainting myself with a Winter scene when playful Aurae dance upon the atmosphere with jovial abandon, weaving and brushing glassy chimes whose tickled laughter is symphony of children’s revelry. The arterial bough that splits the sky has long ago cast off her lush ribbons and contented seeming with her nakedness displayed, owns a most essential refinement that nature consents yet ever struggles humanity against. We too, in due season must, without arrogance our gifts receive, and surrender them without strife.
